THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Khamis Bin Shambi and (2) Saleh Bin Shambi, as tenants in common in equal shares, both of P.O Box 40418–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land, known as 281/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. C.R. 1886, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said the land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
