NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1363, in Volume DI, Folio 245/1739, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Jakababa Oluoch Jauga, of P.O. Box 232– 40100, Kombewa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Thaddeus Oluoch Jauga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Thaddeus Oluoch Jauga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jakababa Oluoch Jauga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jakababa Oluoch Jauga only.
