APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this Court in HCFP and A No. 72 of 1969 appointed Rubab Mohamed Jaffer Jagani alias Rubabbai Jaffer Jagani as the legal Guardian ad litem of the patient Shahnaz Mohamed Jaffer Hassanali Jaga and also as the manager to manage all affairs of the said Shahnaz Mohamed Jaffer Hassanali Jaga, the Court 31st October, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication to the Kenya Gazette.
