COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that, pursuant to the provisions of sections 40 (1, 2 and 3), 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, preparation of the above plan was on the 24th September, 2025 completed. The objective of the plan is alienation of land for purposes of establishing a Medical Research Facility. It covers an area of approximately 3 acres inclusive of the Existing Kapsoya Health Centre. Copies of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at Ainabkoi Sub-county offices and at the office of the Director of Physical Planning, Uasin Gishu County, Ardhi house– Eldoret between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send such representation or objection in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, Eldoret, P.O. Box 40–30100, Eldoret, Ardhi House, Room 16, within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and such representation or objection shall state the grounds upon which it is made.
