THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Samwel Mokaya Ondieki, of P.O. Box 57, Kebirigo in
the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of
land situate in the county of Nyamira, known as North
Mugirango/Bonyarorande/3158, and whereas the land register in
respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said
land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of
sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be
reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that
period.
