REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hassan Abdallah Juma, of P.O. Box 41086–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as subdivision No. 1580- Kilifi, situate in the south of Kilifi Township in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 52113, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period. I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act. Dated the 31st October, 2025. S. N.
