APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 169 (2) of the Insurance Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for The National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints— FELIX USERU NYAUCHI to be a Member of the Insurance Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 31st October, 2025.
