NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-181, in Volume B-13, Folio 2459/22489, File No. 1637, by our client, Fatma Essak Salim, of P.O. Box 81578–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fatuma Issac Saleh, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Issac Saleh, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatma Essak Salim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatma Essak Salim only.
