NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1321, in Volume D1, Folio 924/3803, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Wavuda Lilian Kahindi, formerly known as Mwakamusha Lilian Kahindi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mwakamusha Lilian Kahindi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wavuda Lilian Kahindi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Wavuda Lilian Kahindi only.
