Box 59285– 00100, Karen in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sisaya Ayoo Onyango, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sisaya Ayoo Onyango, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peggy Ayoo Onyango, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name, Peggy Ayoo Onyango only.
