NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 51, Volume B-13, Folio 2461/22511, File 1637, by our client, June Mumbua Mulyungi, formerly known as June Mumbua Omollo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name June Mumbua Omollo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the June Mumbua Mulyungi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name June Mumbua Mulyungi only.
