NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 27, Volume B-13, Folio 2460/22499, File 1637, by our client, Intisaar Mohamed Ali Juma, formerly known as Intisaar Mohamed Daham alias Intisaar Mohamed Juma Daham, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Intisaar Mohamed Daham alias Intisaar Mohamed Juma Daham, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Intisaar Mohamed Ali Juma, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Intisaar Mohamed Ali Juma only.
