NOTICE is given that by a deed poll 27th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1016, in Volume DI, Folio 948/3808, File MMXXV, by my client, Catherine Passy Otieno, of P.O. Box 265–40300, Homa Bay in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Catherine Passy Adhiambo Odero, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Catherine Passy Adhiambo Odero, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Catherine Passy Otieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Catherine Passy Otieno only.
