APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 26, 27 (4) and 28 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this court in Miscellaneous Application No. E242 of 2023; Appointed Flora Waithiegeni Ndegwa Kariuki, as Manager and Legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Monica Wandia Ndegwa. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
