INQUIRY ORDER

WHEREAS, by an extension order dated 30th October, 2025, I authorized (1) CPA Peter W. Kiama, Deputy Commissioner for Co- operative Development of Nairobi Headquarters and (2) Stephen Kiritu Mwangi, Assistant Commissioner for Co-operative Development of Nairobi Headquarters, to hold an inquiry within fifteen (15) days into the affairs of Afya Savings and Credit Co- operative Society Limited (CS/1981). And whereas, the said (1) CPA Peter W. Kiama and (2) Stephen K. Mwangi have not been able to complete the said inquiry within the said period, Now therefore, I extend the inquiry period with another ten (10) days from the date hereon.
