APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 20th November 2023, I, appointed Ms. Rosaline Mwithiga, Deputy Director of Co-operatives to be liquidator for Sukuma Wiki Housing Co-operative Society (in liquidation) Limited- CS/2323 for a period not exceeding one (1) year, and Whereas the said Ms. Rosaline Mwithiga has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. NOW THEREFORE, I extend the period of liquidation for Sukuma Wiki Housing Co-operative Society (in liquidation) Limited (CS/2323) for another period not exceeding one (1) year and appoint Ms. Rosaline Mwithiga to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
