GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 17542

WHEREAS Pleased Self Help Group, is registered proprietor of all that property known as Cis-Mara/Ilmashariani-Morijo/823, situated in Narok County and whereas the said parcel previously belonged to (1) Sammy Daniel Ndungu Kamau and (2) Catherine Wambui Ndungu Kamau and whereas (1) Sammy Daniel Ndungu Kamau and (2) Catherine Wambui Ndungu Kamau are still in possession of the title deed issued on the 9th November, 2023 and thereby having not transferred the said parcel of land to one Pleased Self Help Group, the said transfer was done through misrepresentation and falsification of facts in total disregard to laid down procedures in transfer of land processes and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the title deed held by Pleased Self Help Group was fraudulently acquired and whereas all efforts made to compel Pleased Self Help Group to surrender the said title deed and all the efforts to have the title deed surrendered for cancellation under section 14 (a) , (b) and section 79 (2) of the Act and regulations thereof but declined to do so and whereas notice is given that I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to reinstate the title deed back to (1) Sammy Daniel Ndungu Kamau and (2) Catherine Wambui Ndungu Kamau, and upon such reversion the land title deed issued earlier to Pleased Self Help Group, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no legal effect provided that no objection has been received .
