THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Kiplimo Cheruiyot (deceased), of P.O. Box 408, Iten in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Irong/Iten/1354, situate in Elgeiyo Marakwet County, containing 2.95 hectares or thereabouts, and whereas in the Succession Cause No. E93 of 2023, in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Iten, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Kevin Kosgei Kimutai, of P.O. Box 408, Iten as an administrator of the estate of David Kiplimo Cheruiyot (deceased), who is the proprietor in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Kiplimo Cheruiyot (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
