THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Mutia Ngwava (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Makueni, known as Kibwezi/Mumela/768, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in Succession Cause No. E760 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Loise Kakuvi Mutia, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Mutia Ngwava (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 19 and issue a land title deed to Loise Kakuvi Mutia and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Mutia Ngwava (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
