THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS William Waweru Wanyoike (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Thika Municipality Block 27/148, situate in Kiambu County and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in Succession Cause No. E159 of 2024, directing the name of William Waweru Wanyoike, be cancelled and replaced with that of Lillian Wangare Waweru, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said William Waweru Wanyoike (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of transmission and land title issued to the said William Waweru Wanyoike (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
