THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiamumbi Farmers Co-opertive Society Limited, is registered as proprietor of all that property of land, known as Kiambu/Municipality Block 5 (Kiamumbi) 735 (which has been sub- divided into parcel 2154, 2155 and 2156), situate in Kiambu County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the said Sub-divisions was fraudulently, and whereas all efforts made to get the documentation for the said sub-divisions have proved futile, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of titles and revert the pieces of land to the previous number being Kiambu/Municipality Block 5 (Kiamumbi) 735, and upon such registration the titles issued to the resultant parcels of sub-divisions shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
