THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joyce Mututua Ngaruiya (ID/3088329), of P.O. Box 13179–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kajiado–Ngong, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/14663, containing 0.5 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
