THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bernard Njoroge Ithunguri (ID/2954159) and (2) Njoroge Githunguri (ID/3058409), both of P.O. Box 650, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.01 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, under title No. known as Chania/Matara/2888, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost/misplaced at Gatundu registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
