THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anastasia Wamuyu Thiongo, of P.O. Box 3255, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership, of all that piece of land containing 2.129 hectares or thereabout, hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 3/875, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intent to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
