THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tejonia Women Group, of P.O. Box 95567, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Subdivision No. 10152/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District and registered as C.R. 46519, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof has been lost or misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
