THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mutinda Musembi (2) Joseph Nziuna Vili and (3) Mumbua Mutiso, all of P.O. Box 6878-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 36/III/1012, situate in the city of Nairobi (Eastleigh) in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered as GLA 8140, and whereas the land register in respect thereof has been lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after the reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
