REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Sanga Munga, (2) John Sorofea Sanga, (3) Nickson Sorofea Sanga, (4) Elias Munga Sanga, (5) Gambo Sorofea Sanga, (6) Khamis Sorofea Sanga, (7) Charles Munga Sanga, (8) Rehema Badi Ali and (9) Sidi Munga Sanga, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.7257 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Kilifi/Mtwapa/7964, situate in the county of Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
