REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pamela Akinyi Mimba, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kodhoch East, situate in the Sub-county of Rachuonyo, registered under the title No. Kabondo/Kodhoch East/1025, containing 5.98 hectares or thereabout, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall register the L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 provided that no objection has been received within that period.
