REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kellen Muthoni Kiambi (ID/8717199), of P.O. Box 7249–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is the personal representative of the estate of Felicity Kianyu Kiambi, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as Pioneer/Ngeria Block 1 (EATEC) 9195, situate in Uasin Gishu County, by virtue of certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
