THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Karanja Gitari (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Dagoretti/Ruthimitu/724, situate in the district of Nairobi, containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi vide Succession Cause No. 2855 of 2003, has issued a grant of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mary Wanja Karanja, (2) Paul Kibue Karanja and (3) John Gathungu Karanja, all of of P.O. Box 2304–00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
