THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Eunice Wanjiru Gicheru and (2) Richard Nganga Chege (deceased), both of P.O. Box 21148, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.08 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered in the Nairobi District, under title No. Dagoretti/Riruta/1652 and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi vide Succession Cause No. E 3203 of 2022, has appointed Margaret Ndina Chege as the administrator of the estate of Richard Nganga Chege (deceased), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
