REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwalimu Abdulrehman Ganamlungu, of P.O. Box 96296–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as Mombasa/Bububu A/3, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered under title No. C.F. 43860, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
