THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Michael Mungai Mwaura, (2) Stephen Mungai Mwaura, (3) Veronica Njeri Mwaura and (4) Titus Mwaura Njonjo, as administrators of the estate of Mwaura Njonjo (deceased), all of P.O. Box 416–01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 10821/29, (Original. No. 10821/2/23) situate in south west of Thika Municicipality in Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 45033/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
