APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) of the Universities Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Under paragraph (d)— Florence Mutua, to be a Member of the Council of Mama Ngina University College, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 28th November, 2025.
