APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) of the
Universities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints—

Amos Gitau Njuguna (Prof.),
to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Council of the Nyandarua
University College, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the
