IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (f) (i) of
the Kenya Roads Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the
Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces,
re-appoints—

to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the
Kenya National Highways Authority, with effect from the 28th
November, 2025 up to 23rd November, 2026.
