THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

AMENDMENT

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, 2007, to all members of the Universities Academic Staff Union, of a notice of amendment of the Constitution and Rules (Form 1). Any member who has any objection to the proposed amendments/changes to the Constitution of the Union is required to submit in writing any such objection within twenty-one (21) days from the date hereof.
