REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kariuki Maru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Ngariama/Merich/302, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gichugu Succession Cause No. 461 of 2016 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Michael Muriuki Kariuki, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrended to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Michael Muriuki Kariuki, and upon such registration land title deed issued earlier to the said Kariuki Maru (deceased) shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
