THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 6 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mikul Harkchard Shah and (2) Ami Mikul Shah, both of of P.O. Box 69671–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land, situate in the Nairobi Area known as L.R. No. 7788/45, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 43781/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the land registration Act.
