REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Constantine Jelimo Seroney Kandie and (2) Allan Kiprop Kandie as administrators of the estate of Kiptui Kandie (deceased), both of P.O. Box 24176, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 1068-Kilifi, situate in South of Mambrui Township in the Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 31906, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
