NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1321, in Volume D1, Folio 1412/1568, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Nelly Wangui, formerly known as Nelly Peninah Wangui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nelly Peninah Wangui, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nelly Wangui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nelly Wangui only.
