NOTICE is given pursuant to section 14 (1) (d) (i) of the Labour Relations Act, 2007 to all trade Unions, employers organizations and federations of receipt of an application for registration of Kenya Union of Community Health Workers (KUCH-W). NOTICE is given to the following registered trade unions: 1. The Kenya Environmental Health and Public Health Practitioners Union (KEHPHPU). 2. Union of Domestic, Hotel, Educational Institutions and Hospitals Workers (KUDHEIHA Workers). To submit to the registrar in writing any such objection(s) against the registration of the proposed union within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this publication.
