NOTICE is given to the public that pursuant to the provisions of section 47 of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019 read THE KENYA GAZETTE 28th February, 2025 together with Legal Notice No. 245 of 2021, notice is given that the county intends to commence preparation of advisory plans for Rubu– Mwambore farms and Lamu/Hindi Magogoni/415 Parcel (Local Physical and Land Use Development Plans). Objectives for planning the areas are to: (i) Promote efficient utilization of land as a limited resource. (ii) Promote desirable and efficient land use patterns. (iii) Provide a basis for the provision of infrastructure, housing and public facilities. All stakeholders, including residents, property owners and interested parties are invited to participate to ensure inclusive and comprehensive planning. Comments on the proposed plans may be directed in writing to the County Executive Committee Member within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice.
