THE NATIONAL LAND COMMISSION INTENTION TO ALLOCATE LAND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE is given that at the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, the National Land Commission (NLC), on behalf of the County Government of Kirinyaga, intends to regularize tenure of parcel No. 515, measuring 0.0637 Ha, in Kerugoya Town, Kirinyaga County, for Commercial use (subject to terms, covenants, conditions and reservations which shall be included in the conveyance documents) in accordance with section 14 of the Land Act

NOTICE is given that at the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, the National Land Commission (NLC), on behalf of the County Government of Kirinyaga, intends to regularize tenure of parcel No. 515, measuring 0.0637 Ha, in Kerugoya Town, Kirinyaga County, for Commercial use (subject to terms, covenants, conditions and reservations which shall be included in the conveyance documents) in accordance with section 14 of the Land Act, 2012. Any interested person wishing to raise any comments may do so to the Chairman, NLC within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice. In the absence of any valid objections, the allocation shall take place at the Commission’s office in Nairobi (316 Upper Hill Chambers 2nd Ngong Avenue) as from 2.30 p.m. on the next working day following the expiry of this notice. THE KENYA GAZETTE 28th February, 2025 The terms of allocation are available at the Commission’s offices in Nairobi and the office of the NLC County Co-ordinator in Kirinyaga County. The land is planned and surveyed and ownership details may be inspected at the offices of the CECM in-charge of Lands for Kirinyaga County, Director of Surveys in Nairobi and NLC offices during working hours.
