THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Seto Achiego (deceased), of P.O. Box 32, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as W. Kasipul/Konyango Kokal/886, situate in the sub-county of Rachuonyo South, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. E77 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of (1) William Ngadi Seto and (2) Isdora Anyango Anderea, both of P.O. Box 32, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and L.R.A. 39 and issue a land title deed to the said (1) William Ngadi Seto and (2) Isdora Anyango Anderea, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wilson Seto Achiego (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
