GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2578

WHEREAS Jared Apul Agutu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Kisumu/Korando/59, situate in Kisumu District, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E516 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of Joram Kwama Opul, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Jared Apul Agutu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jared Apul Agutu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
