REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkilel arap Maiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.46 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kericho/Silimbwet/1428, situate in Bomet County, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Bomet in Succession Cause No. E9 of 2024, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Frankiline Kiplangat Bett (ID/25530830), and whereas the efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancelation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Frankline Kiplangat Bett (ID/25530830), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkilel arap Maiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
