REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiplangat A. Chesimet alias Kiplangat Chesimet (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kericho/Kipsimbiri/386, situate in the district of Bomet, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Bomet in Succession Cause No. E3 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of (1) Kenneth Kimutai Langat and (2) Eunice Chepkorir Chesimet, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in respect to the said piece of land registered in the name Kiplangat A. Chesimet alias Kiplangat Chesimet (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 in the name of (1) Kenneth Kimutai Langat and (2) Eunice Chepkorir Chesimet, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiplangat A. Chesimet alias Kiplangat Chesimet (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 28th February, 2025. T. N.
