REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gichobi Murage (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.485 hectare or thereabouts, known as Baragwe/Kariru/1814, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the Court at Gichugu in Succession Cause No. 95 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Eunice Wawira Gichobi (ID/7918809), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Eunice Wawira Gichobi (ID/7918809), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gichobi Murage (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
