THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Douglas Ndungu Muthiora (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0647 hectare or thereabouts, known as Tigoni/Tigoni Block 1/2214, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. E603 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration to Joyce Nduta Ndungu, whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Douglas Ndungu Muthiora (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to Joyce Nduta Ndungu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Douglas Ndungu Muthiora (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
